ScalifySWAS is operated by Simple Scalable Solutions Co., Ltd.

This Privacy Policy explains how ScalifySWAS collects, uses, discloses and safeguards your personal information when you use our website (scalifyswas.com), the ScalifySWAS client portal and platform, our applications and associated services (together, the “Services”).

1. Who we are

ScalifySWAS is operated by Simple Scalable Solutions Co., Ltd. (“we”, “our” or “us”), a company registered in Thailand (Tax ID 0105567138759), at T-One Building Thonglor, 20th Floor, 8 Soi Sukhumvit 40, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. Simple Scalable Solutions Co., Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. The ScalifySWAS Services run on Scalify, the platform built and operated by the same company.

2. Data we collect

We collect and process the following types of information:

2.1 Personal data

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number and LINE ID
  • IP address
  • Location (via IP or browser)
  • User activity across the platform

2.2 Usage data

  • Device type and operating system
  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited and time on site
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies

2.3 Transactional data

  • Billing and payment information when subscribing to paid services
  • Service history and purchase records

2.4 Third-party and integration data

  • Data from platforms and integrations you choose to connect, such as Google, Meta, LINE and Stripe. Data from Google is covered in detail in section 6.

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the GDPR, we process personal data on the following lawful bases:

  • Consent: when you opt in to communications or connect an integration such as Google
  • Contractual necessity: to provide the Services you have requested
  • Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws (for example tax or anti-fraud laws)
  • Legitimate interest: to improve services, secure systems and communicate relevant updates

4. How we use your data

We use your personal data to:

  • Deliver and manage the Services, including the work our team and AI agents do for you
  • Communicate updates, features, support and promotional offers (with your consent)
  • Improve performance, user experience and platform functionality
  • Comply with laws including the PDPA, the GDPR and HIPAA (where applicable)
  • Conduct internal audits, research and analytics

5. Data sharing and disclosures

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

5.1 Trusted third parties

Service providers, sub-processors and partners under contractual agreements (see section 7).

5.2 Legal and regulatory bodies

Where required to comply with legal processes or law enforcement.

5.3 Platform integrations

Providers such as Google, Meta, LINE, Amazon Web Services, Stripe and Twilio, for functionality, hosting, analytics, communication and billing.

6. Google user data

You can connect Google services to your ScalifySWAS account so we can show how your website is doing. This section explains what we access, how we use it and how to disconnect. It applies to every Google service ScalifySWAS connects to, now and as we add more.

6.1 What we access

We only request read-only access. ScalifySWAS never changes, posts or deletes anything in your Google accounts.

  • Google Analytics: Read-only access to the reports for the Google Analytics properties you connect (for example visitors, traffic sources and conversions). (Google scope: analytics.readonly)
  • Google Search Console: Read-only access to search performance and indexing reports for the Search Console properties you connect (for example clicks, impressions and pages with issues). (Google scope: webmasters.readonly)

We only access the properties you choose to connect, and only while they are connected.

6.2 How we use it

We use data received from Google APIs only to:

  • Show the health and performance of your website to you, its owner, in your ScalifySWAS portal and reports
  • Give the ScalifySWAS team and AI agents working on your website the same view, so they can report on it, recommend what to do next and check that their work is helping

6.3 What we never do

  • We never sell data received from Google APIs.
  • We never use it for advertising, including retargeting, personalised or interest-based ads.
  • We never use it to train or improve generalised AI or machine-learning models.
  • We never use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
  • We never transfer it to others, except as needed to provide the features described above, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with your notice.
  • People at ScalifySWAS only read it to provide the Services you have asked for, with your permission, for security reasons such as investigating abuse, or to comply with the law.

ScalifySWAS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6.4 How we store it

The tokens Google issues when you connect are encrypted and stored securely, and are only used to read the reports described above. Report data is kept only as long as needed to show your website's health and history in the Services.

6.5 Disconnecting Google

You can disconnect Google at any time, in either of these ways:

When Google is disconnected, we delete the stored access and refresh tokens and stop reading your Google data. To also have report data we have already stored deleted, email support@simplescalablesolutions.com.

7. Sub-processors

We rely on trusted sub-processors to deliver our services and process data on our behalf. Each sub-processor is contractually bound to uphold confidentiality, security and data protection standards in line with applicable laws, including the PDPA, the GDPR and HIPAA (where relevant).

A current list of our sub-processors, including platform infrastructure providers and third-party technology partners, is available on request. To request it, contact us at support@simplescalablesolutions.com.

8. Data security

We apply industry best practices to protect your data, including:

  • SSL encryption
  • Role-based access control
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
  • Regular security updates and audits
  • Encrypted backups

However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

9. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to provide the Services and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

10. Your data rights

Depending on your location and applicable laws (for example the PDPA and the GDPR), you may have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time, including by disconnecting an integration
  • Request data portability

11. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, analytics, personalisation and marketing. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

12. International transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. We make sure adequate protections are in place in line with international data transfer laws.

13. Children's privacy

Our Services are not intended for users under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data promptly.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notified by email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept them.
